“Mahindra Adventure” announced in Nepal; “Summit Drive – 2018” to the Everest Base Camp flagged off

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M) has announced the introduction of “Mahindra Adventure”, unique experiential marketing initiatives in Nepal, along with the flag off of Summit Drive-2018 to the Everest base camp. The initiative will be led by Agni Incorporated Ltd. in Nepal under the guidance of the experts from “Mahindra Adventure”.The announcement was made in the presence of Bijoy Kumar Y Chief of Adventure Initiatives, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Mr. Cabinet Shrestha, MD, Agni Group and Mr. Chaitanya Kagalkar, Country Head -Nepal, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.[gallery size="full" ids="5678,5673,5674,5675,5676,5677"]The occasion marked the flag off, of the Summit Drive, with a convoy of 29 vehicles consisting of the Mahindra Scorpio, the XUV500 and the Scorpio Getaway. It will go to the Everest Base Camp on the Tibetan (China) side, conquering the treacherous and challenging no road conditions in Nepal and Tibet. Once the bucket list item is ticked, the convoy will drive through the ‘roof of the world’, Tibet, to the forbidden city of Lahsa – home of the Potala palace and numerous monasteries. The convoy will be back to Kathmandu on 4^th October covering 3000 kms, along with the participant and organizing team.Started in 2011 in India, Mahindra Adventure is the pioneer of “the arrive and drive” concept to showcase the tough and rugged DNA of Mahindra vehicles.
